The JSH now offers International Fellow of the Japanese Society of Hypertension (IFJSH), an honorary international membership status.
As a JSH member, you get free online access to Hypertension Research (2017IF 3.439, €200/yr value)
In addition, as an IFJSH, you can:
(1) | include "IFJSH" as a credential on your resume |

(2) | attend JSH meetings* for free |
(3) | bring one prospective IFJSH to JSH meetings* with free registration |
To become an IFJSH, you must:
(1) | be a JSH member |
---|---|
(2) | have attended at least one JSH meeting* or two other hypertension-related conferences in the last five years |
(3) | have published at least three papers |
(4) | apply for IFJSH (no application fee until 2022) |
* The JSH hosts two meetings a year:
(1) | Annual Scientific Meeting in the fall (registration fee: approx. 6,000 JPY ≒ 50 USD for international attendees) |

(2) | Annual Scientific Forum of Clinical Hypertension in the spring (registration fee: approx. 10,000 JPY) |

The annual fee for JSH membership is 10,000 yen.
